At this point I can tell you that the customer service is fantastic. I contacted Kids Bright Toys to inform them of a small manufacturing defect on one of the two game trays ordered and they promptly replaced it. It seems made to last, although we haven't used it yet. Our 4 year old twins "tried them on" and are thrilled to be getting them for our trip next month. (We save them for that as a special treat!) They love all the compartments to put their art supplies and snacks in. The "backpack” for it can also be used for other things when we get out of the car on a trip. Thank you for a quality product and a thoughtful design!
