Some time ago decided to test this. I didn't think about it, after all it's just the tip. However, I have to say that I like it very much. I have already ordered several colors and will most likely order more. It's simple - I live in Southern California and I'm going for a hike in the sun, it's just perfect! I love the material. Fits perfectly. I've also washed them - in cold water, no fabric softener, hang to dry - and they are in exactly the same condition as new. I will buy more flowers. I think exercise enthusiasts just can't get enough of it. One for every day! Edit: I bought a few other colors (now I have 5 of them) and I really like them! And I've washed some of them more than once and they're holding up great!
