Wanted to use this with the translucents . Worked well. Instead of doing 4 coats of the translucents, that would make it NOT translucent, I used only 2 coats of the translucent and 2 coats of the clear. Turned out well. Doing it this way you will have 6 coats total, 2 color, 2 clear and 2 top coats. I found by doing it this way the dip does not crack or lift. Their directions want you to do 2 color and 2 top. That does not hold at all. I will try doing 2 colors, 1 clear and 2 top and see if that holds. Trial and error with this.
