POOR QUALITY. Will be returned. It started to fail after 10 minutes of use, it also got very hot. Plug in a short dongle of a wireless mouse and then a 16GB flash drive, both plugged in and mounted and working right out of the box as expected, good. The problems started about 10 minutes later. If the mouse continued to freeze and/or turn off, the flash drive went offline or "greyed out" (not writable). The noted hub was warmer than expected for an unpowered device. Disconnected from my MacBookPro (2015), restarted the Mac, and then tried one device at a time with the hub plugged into a different USB3 port on the Mac. 4 minutes the same problem. Other reviews of this product, although very few, report a similar problem. VERY disappointed, was hoping to use at least 3 of the 4 ports and maybe charge my phone too. It was billed as a "supported fee". UPDATE: This hub has been tested again on several other computers with the same results. Dell Latitude i3 win7, Asus & HP Chromebook(s), older iMac G3 OSX.3
