How painful! - Windscreen wipers and washers

You know the saying "one size fits all"? I think Noteli engineers should keep this in mind. From the looks of it, the attachment mechanism is designed to be versatile and fit many hand styles. Technically they may have succeeded. But they did a lousy job and accomplished the feat. The blades come with no instructions and after a long search on the internet still no luck. I've been installing wiper blades on cars for decades, so I was surprised it was so difficult to understand. They have little plastic levers all over them, so I pulled and pushed and pushed and pushed. I'm surprised I didn't break this thing when trying to open it. After 10 minutes of careful struggle, they magically opened. Now it wasn't easier to put them on the car. They fit exactly on the levers of my car. The plastic twisted and twisted, making a horrible squeaking noise. I was sure that I had broken them by now. Then again, after about 5 minutes of careful wrestling, they were in place. They seem reliable enough, but it's no surprise that people have had trouble keeping them in place. I was about to give up and get her back. I'm sure I could have put them on incorrectly and they would have come loose as they rolled down the freeway as others have reported. However, once I put them on, they worked like magic. But the headache was completely unnecessary.
