I just received this router today and have set up many wireless and wired networks in the past. The overview refers to the wireless router function of the device, not the Wi-Fi USB card function. The router is definitely not the best quality and looks very cheap. The instructions get 2 out of 5 points. I got the same results as the other posts, the connection kept dropping. I've found that if I turn on the router without an ethernet connection and then plug in the ethernet connection, the wireless connection drops non-stop. But if I plug in the ethernet connection first and THEN plug into an outlet, it seems a bit more stable, but not 100%. So it seems to be stable longer using the above method, but eventually the connection drops after 15 or 20 minutes. I would also say stay away from this router, such a disappointment as I bought it for tomorrow's trip.
