Considering it's owned by a 12 year old in a house with 2 young children and has been used on trips over the last 6 months it's been through a lot. However, the black case is made of cheap plastic and is very thin. Part of the stand just slipped off when trying to use it, as did the black flaps on the charger and headphone jack. The biggest downside that proves it doesn't get the job done is the cracked screen. Apart from a detailed description of the protection, there is practically no protection in this case.
