Bad business practices

Not as described. I have contacted the heavy vehicle manufacturer to ensure I have the correct part number. The description said it matched that part number, but that wasn't true. This was their fault and they still charged restocking fees. If it was my fault I would understand the redemption fee. Bad business practice.
