I was having problems with the computer which I thought might be the reason the card isn't working Help (as expected). I solved my problems on my PC and got my hardware working with the built-in com1 port, but it didn't work with any of the Startech ports. I called support to explain that my embedded com1 works with my computer, but with their device with the same port settings and a different cable, they advised me to contact my hardware vendor. (Although my com1 computer, cable and machine work fine but not with the startech box) I wish I really wanted this to work to pass my siig 2 usb through rs232 and my usb port to replace ugreen on RS232 (they all work fine)
