Good shoes, but definitely at least half a size smaller, if not a full size. I'm a true size 9 and I ordered this for women and my healings are marginal if not quite and my middle toes and outside are smeared. I would like to order one size larger. I don't see them worn very often as my toes are sore after just 15 minutes of wearing them.
