Bought this kite for my son at Kite Fest. When assembling it turned out that everything was done wrong. The instructions say to put the pole in a sealable bag, but the bag is not sewn shut. Also one of the preset polls. The case it was in ripped off when I opened it. Anyway, we worked and everything worked. My son went to a kite festival, put it in the air and it broke immediately! He then spent the next three hours flying a "cheap" plastic kite that worked perfectly. I'm disappointed that I spent so much money on a nylon kite that it didn't work. The trick is that he put his kite aside by flying a cheap kite and when he came back to pick it up it was gone (either blown away or someone took it). Pooh! Good thing someone had a spare kite.
