I really liked this idea and Linus tried to fit in lol. Let me explain that he is a large twelve pound but very long cat. It only fits on the third shelf. He didn't get into the tunnels he tried, I found he was stuck. Sorry I took photos. He liked to stick his head over the edge because there wasn't room to sit in the hole around it. He liked the rope hanging from the edge. So he lifted it to the top shelf and played. The scratching post is now a winner, since it has not stood next to its other. I could have continued if I hadn't been so tired and heartbroken to see Linus looking for him. Now, to our disappointment, we received two broken ladder posts and were unable to attach them. So he had to jump on everything. What worries me is that it is not stable and does not have the ability to attach! I called for help, no answer. I was assured that the company would contact me. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WORK WITH THE CUSTOMER, I DID EVERYTHING THAT WAS EXPECTED OF ME AS A CONSUMER AND THEY FOLDED THE PROCESS. HORRIBLE COMPANY, BEWARE OF BUYING!
