We have used this screen twice for outdoor movies and it was perfect. Screen quality is excellent (we have to wait until dark to show movies because of our movie projector, not because of this screen). It makes a well-made impression and is very easy to assemble and disassemble. A very small and quiet fan keeps the screen inflated at all times (at first I was worried about how noisy the fan would be, but it's very quiet and you can't even hear it). Both times we showed the film it was pretty chilly, so we used braces, but that's not necessary. You can simply use the pegs around the base to hold it in place while it's on the ground or grass. I definitely recommend this screen!
