Overall I really like these darts. My favorite game is steel darts and the Viper is a good product. Excellent balance, they feel good in the hand and fly correctly. They are a good, comfortable weight without feeling heavy. The knurling is good - you get a good tactile feel and you can pick up texture, but it's not the same as holding sandpaper. I usually prefer darts with a slight camber over the barrel - they're pretty flimsy - but that's hardly a problem. My only complaint is that I wish these darts came with a carrying case. If you're talking about a $50 set of darts (not the most expensive you can find, but they're in the wrong price range for an amateur to pick off the shelf), it would be nice if they came with a case would be delivered and not just a small rubber dot insert.
