So far, good ballast.

I have ordered 2 of these ballasts. One ballast did not come in a cellophane wrapper. It's fine, but the same one makes a buzzing/rattling noise when you first turn it on. I wonder if it was returned and resold to me for the same reason. Overall, the price is hard to beat.
