I have read so many reviews of different iPad holders and I am glad I chose this one. I have used it 3 or 4 times and each time it has been easy to set up, reliable and I trust it will keep my tablet from falling. The mount attaches to almost anything cylindrical - I've installed it on mic stands, guitar stands, and directly onto a drum set and it's worked well every time. device, no parties. It's never slipped the other way, but why risk it? In any case, it works great at this angle and you can reach all connections. Great little stand.
