loved my previous set of bose soundsport headphones. The sound quality was amazing and surpassed every other headphone I've tried. They also stayed in my ears relatively well. The monthly earbuds I've tried have stayed secure in my ears - apparently I have very small ears but these were better than the others. Having issues with headphones falling out, I liked the wire between the two as it kept the headphones from falling to the ground if one of them became detached. I would like Bose to go down a size as I think that would solve my problem. Anyway, I've been a big fan of theirs for a while. This was my fourth pair. Before you realize they lack durability, it was my dog's fault, not the headphones; She's developed a real taste for them and has learned how to find and steal them (my problem is I always leave them on the counter or leave my purse open). Anyway, I still love this model so when the dog ate my last pair I decided to try the refurbished ones (a more affordable snack if the dog manages to snag them). I was very frustrated putting them in my Bose charging case and when I took them out the plastic casing on the right earbud came loose. I didn't even get to use it! I think the problem they had before the repair was never fixed. The seller approved my return, so that's a plus. Unfortunately I had to cancel my return because. You guessed it, damn dog! I have already bought a replacement set; i like her so much This time I bought them new; without risking another repair.
