I had Bose Sound Sport headphones and liked them for the sound, comfort and price. The power button was worn out and I wanted to replace the kit, the upgrade price was good and I bought other upgrade products with no problem. When I put the updated kit on I thought it was a sound issue so I put on my originals and they were so much better I would never be happy with the updated model. I contacted the company about the return, which I did and am awaiting a refund.

This is so terrible even for a refurbished product, it has glue on the cable and every connection, the battery shows 70% at first and after a few seconds it shows only 30%. Then it turns off! Who costs over $90 to buy this? The microphone is also broken. After I complained to customer service they were very helpful and helped me to replace it. The condition of the next item is pretty good. They also offer me a free shipping fee. Customer service is great! That's why Amazon stock is rising.

I know Bose products and what I can expect from their performance. When I only received my Bose headphones twice, they were 100% charged and 80% on average. Usually nothing bad, but the discharge is also very random. Sometimes they last two hours and sometimes I only get 30 minutes from them.
