The in-ears I bought were refurbished so I bought an extended warranty. So glad I did. I bought them in September 2020. I was listening to music or on the phone. I've just started listening to audiobooks while walking and in class. And the battery doesn't last, when I turn it off it says it's 100% charged, I go for a walk and only get 30 minutes. Now after doing some research I see comments about the battery, this made me try a new charger first and see if that's the case. The warranty extension company takes them back and gives me a gift card to get new ones. So it was worth it.
