I had Bose Sound Sport headphones and liked them for the sound, comfort and price. The power button was worn out and I wanted to replace the kit, the upgrade price was good and I bought other upgrade products with no problem. When I put the updated kit on I thought it was a sound issue so I put on my originals and they were so much better I would never be happy with the updated model. I contacted the company about the return, which I did and am awaiting a refund.
