I've been using hand showers of the same brand for 30 years and the ones I replace for over 12 years. When I opened the box of my new showerhead I was concerned about the lightweight material, but some plastics are stronger than metal these days so we'll see if it holds up over time. Some of you will understand what I mean when I say that it really hurts when my old hand shower falls off its bracket and hits you in the head or leg, but when a new one does, you won't get hurt! This shower head looks very attractive and it is very easy to change the jet settings in it. I think it's great that everything you need for installation is included. I really like the optional suction cup holder for floor use because I've never had this option before and it's very beautiful, I also really like the structure of the hose.
