For the price this is great value! The case hugs the tablet and snaps easily into place. The case is soft enough to cover the front of the tablet (which I have a screen protector for, as I do for all my phones and tablets). It has a soft magnetic closure - not an uncomfortable closure and not too loose to be effective. The case is thin, comes in an attractive color scheme, and is generally spot on. I got my tablet for free when I bought a Samsung phone and I loved it so much I ordered another tablet and case for my daughter for Christmas. (However, I didn't like the Samsung phone and returned it to AT&T. I guess I'm just an iPhone girl at heart, lol.) That said, unless you absolutely need leather or heavy protection, this case is just as cute as she is functional. If there's a downside, the folded stand probably doesn't last all that long because it's not durable. Since my goal was protection, that's not a problem for me. But for those who use a tablet and need a stand, I would recommend a case with a more durable stand.
