The customer service team was very professional in every aspect from sales engagement meetings with clients to delivery of products/solutions via support contracts etc! At times it could be challenging keeping track if you were not actively engaged but overall for this type product I would give them 5 stars.
Be sure to engage regularly as there are different levels within each role (from Account Manager all way up the ladder) so ensure your input counts towards progress made throughout engagements. This will provide continuity across any projects being managed by demandblue.
