Review on MERKUR Classic MK 25C 3 PieceRazor Double by Brandon Doctore

I've wanted one of these safety razors for a long time. Decided to buy one for Christmas. I took the razor apart and found it durable and well made. There were no burrs, porosity or uncleaned thread chipping as demonstrated in less flattering reviews. My first shave was with the included blade, Bigelow shaving cream (the one in the tube) and a badger hair shaving brush. I was a bit shy with it at first but the thing is, this thing feels natural and you just know when the angle is right. I still took my time but successfully shaved my whole face and head. I got hit in the corner of my mouth where I still cut myself with my Gillette Mach 4 blades which cost 50x more. It worked just as well on my neck as my regular razor which means there are good days and bad days. This was followed by Pinaud's Clubman Aftershave. Tonight I look as elegant and smell as manly as my old grandfather. The landlady and the little girl officially declared me kissing.
