I dug one of these new dog perches into the ground to take on a hike. They clog the ground and dogs can run 360 degrees. The problem with them is that you have to have a hook on both sides for them to stay. After our first hike, I tied each dog together and used hooks in a weird way to get the dog to run to work. This leash has hooks on both ends! So I can hook him up to the dog track and attach him or his leash and boom, my camper is safe and walking! I love how thick it is! My two dogs are now no more than 3ft apart at the campsite and are safe to roam!
