Review on Skillrater by David Lesperance

I liked that it was simple, easy-to-use, and free! It's so easy to use that even people without coding skills can create an app like this. The only downside is that you cannot have more than one rating per day (which I think could be changed). If you're looking for something quick and easy to get started then Skillrater is perfect for you. We were able to quickly build out our first version of our mobile application using Skillrater and we've been very happy since. We needed someone who understood the needs of non-technical users in order to implement features they would actually want to see. This helped us tremendously because we weren't limited by any specific programming knowledge or experience.
