Would happily give these 5 stars if fixed: 1. Too short. The screw holes are spaced 12 inches apart. 16 inch wall studs. This means only one side can be mounted on a stud.2. Vinyl anchors do not stay in the drywall and only rotate when you tighten the screw.3. The casters are nice and tight but you have to pull really hard to get the broom etc off which is scary as it's attached with vinyl wall brackets. You can just pull everything out of the wall. (To avoid this, we used a different vinyl anchor)4. The reels are too close to the wall. A wet mop in a hanger touches the wall.5. The roles are too close together. Broom/mop/dust mop heads bunch and tangle.6. Hooks are a good idea, but you can't remove or replace anything in the middle rolls while something is hanging on the hooks. Tangled.7. It is not easy to remove or swap items with one hand because the casters are jammed (possibly the broom can be ripped out of the wall or the broom handle has to be pushed against the wall to remove it from the bracket and the items accumulate on the bracket ). A good thing is made of good metal. It seems solid if you use other wall mounting methods. One idea is to attach the holder to a 2x4 board and then attach the board to the wall. Gives you extra space away from the wall for your tools and mops.
