I originally bought a US small but exchanged it for an XS because i felt it was a little boxy in the shoulders. I work at a hospital and i'm required to wear business clothes. I have wore this jacket for about a month now and probably wore it about 15 - 20 times.The Good: Fits nice, i layer a grey hoody underneath it and it's a little snug. It's fairly warm. Looks nice. has enough pockets.The Bad: the sowing isn't that great. Luckily my wife sows and was able to put a few of the lost buttons back on and reinforce some of the others. The second zip in collar is ugly (luckily you can zip it off).Conclusions: overall this jacket isn't too terrible for the price you are paying. I would buy it again.
