So hard! No self-charging, screen scratched!

Very disappointed. The case is heavier than the tablet itself! The keyboard didn't hold a charge (only lasted 10 minutes on the initial charge) and overheated while charging. The keyboard floats free when removed and it scratches the screen of my new iPad! I wish I could claim damages! At least it could be returned for a full refund (not without them trying to charge me $6 to print the label as they didn't provide the scan code).
