I like this body pillow but I didn't think about my size. My pillow is bigger than me: I'm 69 inches tall and 72 inches long. He is as tall as the other person in bed. It doesn't work well for me as a body pillow and pillow together: I wasn't planning on using it that way, but I didn't think to accommodate most of my pillow. I sleep on my side. To get the ideal body pillow length, I should assume a sleeping position and measure from shoulders to toes. I suggest you measure the space you want to fill while you sleep.
