I don't get acne easily and my skin gets used to too many different creams. The worst thing that has happened is that my skin can get overly dry when applying a new cream and that's at worst I'm usually fine. I've been trying this cream for about a week maybe two I can't remember and my neck and lower half of my face was covered with this rash or pimples I think it's both. At first I thought it might be the sunscreen (same brand) that I bought and applied the day the rash/acne appeared, but I think it was the cream because I have a slight redness on my face noticed when I started using the cream. I stopped using anything on my face for 2 weeks and it's finally clearing up. I was able to start using my old face cream and so far the rash/pimples are still going away. It kills me to throw out the cream I spent money on (I bought the AM moisturizer and the one with the sunscreen) but I wouldn't even let my teens use this cream so why stick with it. I gave 3 stars because my skin reacted so much to the cream, that doesn't mean it's a bad product. I wouldn't recommend it for people with sensitive skin, I don't have sensitive skin myself so I can only imagine what it would do to someone with sensitive skin.
