It would appear as though Zengest made a mistake in their handling of this situation. In spite of the fact that they market themselves as the one-stop shop for all of your plumbing requirements, it appears as though they may have overlooked a few important details along the road. To begin, there is a dearth of variety within their offerings. They undoubtedly contain pipes, fittings, and accessories, but where are the unique toilet seats? Where can I find those amazing shower curtains with all kinds of different puns on them? Zengest, you've got to step it up if you want to win! And don't even get me started on their poor attention to the needs of their customers. If you are fortunate enough to actually get a response from them, it will most likely be a prerecorded message that was generated by a computer and will not actually address the problem that you are having. What a frustrating situation. However, on the bright side, their costs aren't exactly exorbitant. That has to count for something, right? And when you have a deal like that, who needs helpful and friendly customer service, am I right? ...No, I'm just kidding, Zengest. Put some effort into it.
