I like the look and the stability when connected to my surface pro 7. There is a misunderstanding about the product but I don't think it is the product but the surface pro 7 and 7 plus they don't have Thunderbolt 3. They have USB 3.2 gen 2 which supports 100W charging, data transfer and video. It doesn't support the external GPU that uses Thunderbolt 3. I don't know if this USB hub actually has a Thunderbolt port or not as I can't test it on any device with Thunderbolt as it's designed specifically for the Surface Pro 7 If only your laptop or computer doesn't have an accurate measurement between the USB-A and USB-C ports you can connect, then you can use this hub. But other than that, the transfer speed for the USB transfer is as expected. I like micro SD and SD cards that can also read. All in all, this is a good product for the Surface Pro 7.
