I have been using this product for a while and have always liked it. However, the glass I recently ordered didn't have the same texture and consistency at all. The security seal was in place when I received it, but when I removed it it turned out to have almost small sheets of plastic mixed in with it. It is hard to explain. I've tried requesting a replacement but to no avail.
