The product has been damaged and may already have been used. First I noticed something like black spots on the box - I should have guessed that wasn't a good sign. The applicator spoon and the edge of the lid also showed a greenish discoloration. But most importantly, when I actually removed the lid, the product poured out in all directions. I have been using this product for a while and have always liked it. However, the glass I recently ordered didn't have the same texture and consistency at all. The security seal was in place when I received it, but when I removed it it turned out to have almost small sheets of plastic mixed in with it. It is hard to explain. I've tried requesting a replacement but to no avail.

Provides a comfortable level of hydration without feeling thick, heavy or sticky. My skin is aging/combination and this product does not clog pores or cause breakouts.

The shipping box and the original box that the cream jar came in were not damaged. However, when I opened the cream jar, the seal on the jar was broken. I was disappointed to find this and returned the item unused.
