I have previously bought an iPhone/iPad with USB ports and they were fine but slow to transfer files and used frequently. I recently bought a 64GB micro SD card and adapter that didn't work with what I bought it for. Of course I didn't read the box. Anyway, I've moved a lot of music to an SD card and there's a USB converter, but there's no way to download it to or use it with my phone, so I bought this item. I've read the reviews but honestly there's a lot to see on Revain after a while, I bought it and when I got it the app wasn't downloading like it used to. Then I saw the reviews and was a bit shocked. I spoke to Revain and when they couldn't help I wrote a message to the company. They reacted immediately! The trick is that you need to access the information on the SD card through the Files app on your phone or iPad. I haven't seen this information in any reviews so I wanted to make sure people see it and it doesn't work. Once you've plugged in the Lightning Connector, go to the Files app (blue folder) and locate. This may take a few seconds. It will appear under the name you gave it, or "Untitled" if you haven't changed the name. Just open it or find what you are looking for. You can also transfer files. Pictures > click the download button > scroll down to "Save to Files" and then place them on the drive or folder you want to move them to. Please note that my phone went to sleep and didn't recognize it when it "woke up" again. and I had to take it out and put it back in to be recognized. If anything changes I'll let you know.
