Great product but they don't cover a manufacturer's design flaw so it's YOUR job to fix what they claim is a broken wire when the fan is on is. Unfortunately they blame you if you don't install properly, but you've been warned if you read the description. So what I found to work with was a tough slog. I took a piece of 3/32 stainless steel welding wire cut to about a foot to stiffen the unsupported wire so it doesn't get sucked into the fan as the RPM increases. Went like clockwork. However, I ran it unassisted once with no problems, but wouldn't recommend it as it doesn't take much effort to get the unassisted fan to touch the wire with your finger. The welding rod worked perfectly.
