Great Customer Service

Most important: You don't need a heavy duty crimp tool like a hydraulic unit or the type that double hinge like bolt cutters or even the large pliers type. These terminals are not that thick, however, the garbage, thin, cheap, no name multi-tool crimp tools will not do, nobody should use them for anything, EVER. You only need a quality tool designed to crimp non-insulated 10G terminals such as the Klein 1019. 10G is the cut off for most tools so 8G bumps up the demand for compression strength, HOWEVER, these terminals are not thick enough to warrant using a tool designed to fasten heavy terminals for automotive batteries, solar applications etc. As described the barrel of these terminals is long and takes TWO crimps from tools like the above mentioned. I feel most will have the hand strength to properly crimp these terminals on the bench; in a tight area where only one hand can fit one might consider a crimp tool with more handle length/leverage and perhaps ratcheting action.First order was lost from packaging but split open, empty bubble wrap envelope still arrived. Not sure how I initially tried to contact Seller as I was so flustered but email was bounced back saying the address did not receive emails. So I wrote a bad review on how I received an empty bubble wrap envelope, I may have been hasty but I again was upset and short on reason. Seller responded to my review and long story long, within an hour Seller agreed to send a replacement order at no charge. Seller was very cooperative and only asked for photos. Replacement order was received 2 days later so I was able to stay on track with project.

Pros
  • Very nice quality, I will definitely buy again this product!
Cons
  • The lugs may have difficulty fitting into tight spaces without the use of additional tools
