I am very disappointed in this product. I use it to warm body parts when they get cold and my grandma likes to hold them between her hands. The second time I cooked a set of two, one of them crystallized and never went back into the liquid. The other three gradually lost the ability to click and react. I got about 12 uses from 2nd and 40-45 uses from 3rd and 4th. Now none of them work. The clicker stops responding. When they really work properly, they're great. It's a bit annoying to cook it to reuse, but that's how the technology works, so I'll have to put up with it. I am disappointed with the mismatch in durability and lifespan of this product. Next time I will try a different brand. :-(
