They won't charge cell phones

Well I figured I could hook it up to a power bank and I have four working ports leading off of it. Nothing obviously worked, it needs power supplied by the computer through the USB port and then you get enough power to power USB devices that can be plugged into the PC. I was trying to charge multiple devices in my hotel room while on vacation. The device provided neither electricity nor mobile phones. This can be good advice for USB devices plugged into PC but not charging your cellphone. I will contact Revain to get them back
