Torn playpen delivered - returned item recycled? Unsafe practices during a pandemic

I received a supposedly brand new playpen with a hole in one of the corners. How could that happen? Poor product quality control or recycling of a product returned from a previous customer? Now I have to deal with having to be in a public place to get it back during the pandemic. I hope this previous customer did not have COVID 19. Otherwise, given the current speed, the disease will spread in this way. This returned item can be yours soon if you order after my return and if that is your business practice? What a waste of time, money and risk! I'll contact support and keep you posted.
