The ability to see the overall health of the user experience, and the ability to create custom dashboards for specific needs. The ability to have a centralized place for all of your reports is wonderful. The reports and dashboards can be difficult to manage. I would like to be able to have a single place for all of the reports. Also, the ability to create a private dashboard for a specific need, but not for the entire company would be great. I'm able to see overall health of the UX and help improve the user experience. I'm also able to create custom dashboards for specific needs.
