Zero protection on the bottom and edges
This case has some protection on the sides but the edges and bottom are not lined except for a layer of fabric. Definitely not shockproof. In the attached photo, the strip between my fingers is a single layer of unpadded material. This is the most vulnerable place for a laptop. I would not trust anything valuable to be protected by this case.
