The ability to train our reps quickly, efficiently and effectively while using their own equipment at home! I love that they offer so many different types of courses for both new hires as well as seasoned veterans alike - which makes it very easy when you're looking for something specific but don't want to spend hours searching through all the options available. They are also great about keeping customers updated throughout each course via email or social media regarding any changes that may occur during your class schedule (i.e., if there will be additional topics covered/lessons taught). We have been able to do this because we've had such success implementing these classes into onboarding processes at multiple companies across several industries including financial services (credit unions), retail marketing solutions providers and healthcare IT firms.
