I'm not complaining about how the product performs once you set the time and temperature. The reason it only gets three stars is that setting the time and temperature can be a hassle. Every time I go through and try to change something, it looks like the previous setting is being used by default. I'm not entirely sure if this is the case, or if new settings are only registered after the temperature has risen or fallen to the new setting just entered. It's just not very user friendly. After reading the app's reviews, I also didn't feel it was worth using, especially since I'll be giving it relatively sensitive Wi-Fi password information. I can always get it to work eventually and I've cooked really tasty and tender food with it, but I feel like it should be easier.
