The zipper is good and doesn't bind. The peony design is actually very pretty. The outer part is definitely waterproof, and if it gets splashed with water, you can easily wipe it dry. The interior can also be wiped down and washed if needed when it gets dirty. It's not fancy packaging, it's just a plastic bag. Also, it smells strongly of plastic upon initial delivery and upon opening; so it just needs to be ventilated. The size is small/medium and doesn't fit as well as large cosmetic bags. At $9, this is a decent bag, but you can probably find this mid-range bag in stores for a lower price.
