Gentle and cleans sunscreen well. I read in another review that it has expired but it hasn't. 제조 is next to the date. That means it is the date of manufacture/manufacture date. Bought because it was one of the 'best' products on a Korean YouTuber (Director Pi) list for 2020. For those who don't know her, she goes through hundreds of products and each of their ingredients. It is fragrance free so cannot be used medicinally, but fragrances are known to irritate your skin so I know it's confirmed.
