Works, very sticky!
This works nicely, we had to use on the top and bottom. Some of our rips were more of a hole. So using this on one side would leave the other side sticky and I was afraid it would stick to the awning when rolled up. So we added tape to both sides of the awning to prevent further damage. So far so good! Great fix for small rips
