Review on Renewed Nintendo DS Lite Crimson / Black: Enhanced Gaming on a Budget by Todd Phillips

When I first received it I noticed some imperfections on the outside of the system which I decided to accept as some imperfections are normally to be expected on used systems. When I first used it I noticed that there was light coming from the left side of the bottom screen which I let go of at first because I really needed a new DS. When I first started playing it, DS and GBA games ran fine, but the home screen would freeze at times, making it impossible to play games. The video was taken just before I boxed it up for return as I tried multiple times to get the screen to defrost but it just didn't work so I didn't feel comfortable saving it just for the DS and GBA - To test games that I still have. arrive before my new DS arrived. It also had an extremely rigid select button and wasn't easy to disable at times. I decided it wasn't worth getting another one from Revain as I found a much cheaper option with someone who was much better at restoring older DS systems.
