I will remove my negative feedback if they send me a quality product that matches their description. I was delighted with this tablet. It was a gift for my 4.5 year old. It's the perfect size for her little hands and I'm so glad it came in a case. I wanted her to use the device to use the mouse and explore her or the shoe. This device is very slow 🤦🏽‍♀️ and all pre-installed apps require internet access. It takes forever to download and scan Orboot app on this device.
